Regenerating Aldershot and Farnborough
The Rushmoor Development Partnership (RDP) is a joint venture between Rushmoor Borough Council and Hill Investment Partnerships.
The RDP is bringing forward plans to build on existing Council-owned sites and create distinctive, mixed-use town centres that offer high-quality retail, leisure and cultural enrichment, alongside exciting employment opportunities and the delivery of much-needed new homes.
Redevelopment Sites
The RDP has identified an initial portfolio of three sites that once regenerated, can create new and revitalised spaces in Aldershot and Farnborough. Redeveloping these sites creates a significant opportunity to inject major investment into Aldershot and Farnborough town centres, repositioning both high streets as vibrant and thriving places where people want to spend their time and money, from daytime through to the evening.
